  • MSW and Ph.D from Tel‐Aviv University, Israel.
  • Research thesis on the psycho-social adjustment of cancer patients and spouses.
  • Doctoral Dissertation on the psychological and social adjustment and attachment styles of children of parents who are addicted to drugs and alcohol.
  • 2005 – received a scholarship for a Fellowship with Dr. Albert Ellis (one of the founders of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in New York City and was very fortunate to train by Dr. Ellis himself.
  • Served in the academia as a faculty member at Tel‐Aviv University and Bar‐Ilan University in Israel and has served as Assistant Research Professor at the University of Miami at the Miller School of Medicine, Department of Public Health Sciences.
  • Presented in scientific conferences and published numerous articles in scientific journals on psychological and social issues related to medical and mental problems of adults, adolescents, and children.
  • Currently writes a weekly column in Hebrew From the clinic of Dr. Neta in Israpost newspaper of the Jewish and Israeli community in Florida.
